I owe you a huge apology for missing last week’s podcast. I was traveling and did a poor job at pre-planning BUT here I am and this episode is a SOLO and is PART I of an I don’t know how many parts series covering evidence-based knowledge on Intermittent Fasting


I was recently invited to speak at a conference on this topic and in 30-minute segments, I will break down some interesting insights I presented.

  • Physiological adaptations to fasting and starvation
