Today’s conversation we dove into what separates a fitness competitor and his or her goals and how is that different from the average person looking to see weight loss or muscle gain results. We talked a lot about mindset and how you have to develop mental strength to endure the type of training and eating regime a fitness competitor goes through.
The second part of this podcast we went into the details and talked about macros, how to calculate them and how everyone is different.
