I am thrilled to present to you today a great friend, mentor, and fellow dietitian Tony Stephan. Today’s episode is about creating nutrition awareness through proper tracking and the science behind results. Tony has helped transformed hundreds if not thousands of lives through a nutrition approach where you can enjoy the foods that you like and still see changes and positive results.
We dive into the problem with most nutrition experts and coaches out there and the information that is put out, the registered dietitian factors and how sometimes the credentials are not as important as the value an RD can provide to their clients, and overall what to look for in an ideal nutrition coach.
