About Sarah: 

Sarah Rav is a 22 year old Aussie medical student with an inspiring story of recovery from an eating disorder that almost took her life.

Since then, she has strived to use her social media platforms to share her incredible story, and help those in a similar situation to her recognise the signs and seek help. She fights to open the conversation surrounding mental health, and reduce the stigma that many suffer. 

She also uses her social channels to promote evidence based health & nutrition advice to her followers, but always  focuses on teaching young girls & young women to LOVE their bodies, and to use exercise & nutrition as a way to honour one’s body, rather than as punishment. 


She also throws in some helpful tips to increase productivity, study/work harder & become a high achiever like herself! Sarah has a genuine, enthusiastic personality which is contagious and makes her a pleasure to follow, and through sharing her story, this up & coming influencer hopes to inspire others to realise that they are worth so much more than a number on a scale, and to realise their full potential.
