He is a certified nutrition coach, personal trainer and life coach and founder of Mr.Cogfit, a unbiased nutrition education blog teaching nutrition from an evidenced-based standpoint. Jabien struggled with weight for a big part of his life almost reaching 300 lbs before he decided to make a change. He lost 90 lbs and that journey led him into a curious pursuit for understanding nutrition and the science behind it. Now Jabien shares and educates using memes, infographics and funny content.
