Kate Lyman is a wife, traveler, and lover of the outdoors. Kate is a nutrition coach and owner of Kate Lyman Nutrition.

Kate has worked in the fitness industry for almost a decade now. Starting as a Cross-fit trainer to shifting focus to nutrition working as a nutrition coach that has elevated as a successful nutritional coaching business that has celebrated 5 years recently.
Kate and her growing team have helped hundreds of people to change their bodies and eating habits as well as breaking the myths around dieting and healthy lifestyle! Kate believes in good workout buddies, kindness, pink sugar cookies, long hikes, a 9 p.m. bedtime, and sharing evidence-based truth.

Kate has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, a Master's degree in Public Health, and is a Certified Health Education Specialist.

Her priority is supporting her clients, but she also manages a team of other qualified coaches and loves to share nutrition education through social media.
